Camera Department Freelancer
& Visual Artist
About me:
I am A London based freelancer and visual artist. I have a wide variety of experience with in the camera department, having worked on over a dozen projects as a camera operator, a cinematographer and as a gaffer, grip and camera assistant. Each project has come with there own unique challenges, I have had to tackle different styles and genres; including narrative, experimental and documentary film, and even crossed into different visual mediums such as animation. The last three years of studying for a BA (HONS) In Film has allowed for this freedom and experimentation and as a result I have become an extremely versatile visual artist.
I also have experience in a wide range of equipment. Camera's such as the Arri alexa, black magic ursa, Sony A7S III, black magic 2.5k, canon C-100,  ARRIFLEX 16SR, and a wide range of DSLRs such as the canon 600d. I have filmed in formats such as super 16, super 8 and a variety of digital tape formats e.g. mini dv and HI8. Over seen and performed the operation of camera support, including cranes, dolly's, the combination of both, gimbals both two handed and single handed as well as motorised sliders.
I have a current professional focus on documentary hoping it will provide opportunities for travel and to hone my skills for independent documentary projects. I also hope to continue produce personal work including, narrative short films, music video, photography and animation.
